Return Policy

Let us know what the issue you are experiencing is and we will direct you with returns, exchanges, or refunds on your item(s). 

The Seven-Day Policy states that from the day that the order was received, buyer has Seven-Days to report the following:
  • Damaged items
    • Please send us clear photos or video of the damaged product(s) to info@traytoonz.com within 7 days after receiving the item.
    • In most cases, we do not require you to mail us your defective products.
    • If item arrived damaged, contact us and we will send you a replacement & coordinate re-delivery at no cost to you! 

  • Lost packages
    • If your package is lost in the mail, contact us and we will send you a replacement & coordinate re-delivery at no cost to you!

  • Missing Contents
    • If your package appears to be missing an item(s), contact us and we will send you a replacement & coordinate re-delivery at no cost to you!
    • Please ensure you checked the ins and outs of the package to ensure it wasn't just hiding in there!

  • Packages sent to wrong address
    • If order was sent to incorrect address (provided incorrectly by the buyer), buyer is responsible for shipping expenses 
    • If order was rejected and sent back to us, buyer is responsible for shipping expenses
    • If order was sent to incorrect address (sent incorrectly on our end), we will cover shipping expenses to correct address.

  • Buyer’s remorse
    • No returns on clearance items; these are final sale
    • Order is subject to a 20% restocking fee
    • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility 
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded
    • Contact us for return address & RMA Number. 
    • Include RMA Number & original packing slip inside the box when sending it back to us.
    • It is buyer's responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure the contents of all returned packages are sent using a traceable shipping method.
    • Products that are used, damaged, scratched, dented or have visible wear & tear will not be accepted. They must be returned in the same condition they were received and in original packaging.
    • All returns will be inspected to ensure accuracy
All refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order
We will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and processing the return.

Refunds should appear on card statement within two billing periods, depending on the billing cycle.


Thirty-Minute Cancellation Window: 
After placing an order, there is a 30 minute window from the time the order was placed to make any changes to the order, including shipping information changes or cancellations.

Any cancellation requests made after 30 minutes, a restocking fee will apply of 20% of order the price.
